With over 15 years of her 25+-year accounting career as a small business owner and operator herself, Jill is very clear on the time pressures and demands involved in running a business. Regardless of role and industry, her focus has always been centered on looking at the whole business and identifying the key things that will make that business operate efficiently and thrive going forward. Now, with fresh technology in the cloud, she has a whole new world of tools at her fingertips that allows her to crunch the process of getting numbers where they need to be into an affordable box.

She is a self-confessed “process and system nerd” who thrives on making systems work. Jill founded RollForward in March 2016 to make a positive impact for clients by deploying great business systems, customizing cloud applications to fix problems and harness opportunities, and automating processes. Prior to founding RollForward,she was President of Blue Engine Games LLC after working as President/Owner/Operator of Cartridge World in Innsbrook, establishing the brand and creating a highly profitable and successful business model before selling the company in 2015 after nearly 11 years.

She worked as Controller and VP of Finance for Artcraft Management between 1998 and 2003 overseeing all financial operations. Jill also worked as Controller and as Corporate Accountant for firms in Virginia after starting her career as an Auditor for Arthur Anderson.  She is a CPA, graduated from the College of William & Mary with a BBA (Accounting) and has an MBA from Wake Forest University.

If you were going to describe Charles’ modus operandi in one word, it would be: sincere.  Charles operates from a place of sincerity and truly puts his client first.  Charles is an expert in small business retail operations, sales and marketing with over 16+ years of that experience as a business owner himself.  Charles began his pursuit of business ownership in 2000 purchasing a 10-year old franchise operation and proceeding to grow sales by 40% in the next two and half years.  Charles then harvested that operation successfully and parlayed that experience into the start up Cartridge World-Innsbrook.  Under his sales direction, the store ranked consistently in the top of all stores nationwide and was number one in the mid-atlantic region for seven years straight.   Prior to his business ownership experience, Charles worked in sales in the industrial tooling industry.
